Research It Right!

Research It Right! is the fourth module in the series of an online tutorial project created by librarians at Acadia University. The project, known as Information Literacy Online (ILO), includes five modules designed to teach undergraduate students core research and information literacy skills. The modules target first and second year students and are designed to be succinct, interactive, and cross-disciplinary in nature. The purpose of this fourth module in the series is to teach students the basics of the research process. The other modules in the series are: You Quote It, You Note It! (avoiding plagiarism), Credible Sources Count! (evaluating web sources), Searching with Success! (web searching techniques), and Sources for Courses! (using catalogues and indexes).
