This video was developed from a series of classroom lectures and interactive experiential teaching /learning exercises which I have used successfully in 12 years of university level teaching. The video is user friendly as people can stop and start the video when they want to practice specific skills, discuss key ideas, or further expand the analysis and assessment frameworks.
