This material provides a solid background for understanding the issues surrounding how and why adults learn.  The series of informational videos cover a variety theories realted to adult learning nd lifespan development. They make a good distinction between adragogy and pedagogy. It could certainly be used to build a solid foundation for both new and old teachers of adult students.
