授業について 行政学では、現実の行政現象はどのようなものか？、ある事象を行政学の観点から述べるとどのように論じることができるか？ということを主に学んでいきます。加えて、講義においては、最近の地方分権改革における「三位一体の改革」や公務員制度改革、災害を含む危機管理の例を取り上げて解説していきます。
