Participants' Evaluation of MERLOT Faculty Workshop for Peer Review of Instructional Technology

Faculty from the 4 founding institutional partners participated in a 2 day workshop on developing evaluation standards for the peer review of online materials within MERLOT. There were 4 discipline areas: Biology, Business, Physics, and Teacher Education. Three weeks and five weeks after the MERLOT Faculty Workshop was completed, faculty participants were sent (via email) a survey requesting their evaluation of the workshop outcomes, processes, and prospects.. The CSU Center for Usability in Design and Assessment (CUDA) collected and analyzed the data reported below. There was a 68% response rate (34 out of 48 faculty responded). The mean ratings and range of scores for each question are presented. Report distributed March 2000.
